DESCRIPTION:From the McCormick Wellness Team\nWe are now entering cold and 
 flu season and it will be imperative to remain as healthy as possible. Sta
 ying on top of preventative care such as routine treatments like the flu v
 accine\, screening for COVID-19 symptoms daily\, and taking prescribed med
 ications may help to reduce additional risks to our immune systems at this
  very important time. We are pleased to offer an option for you to get you
 r flu vaccine this year. Please remember to consult your provider if you h
 ave questions.\n\nHere is what you need to know about drive-thru event:\n\
 n 	Retirees\, spouses and dependents over the age of 18 may come to the dr
 ive-thru event at our Global Headquarters on Friday\, October 23rd from 9 
 AM until Noon. Spouses and dependents must be accompanied by the retiree.\
 n 	Queue up at the far end of the main parking lot and wait to be directed
  to one of the drive-thru stations set up in the west parking lot.\n 	Driv
 ers should be prepared to receive the flu vaccine in the left arm and pass
 enger should be prepared to receive the flu vaccine in the right arm.\n 	E
 veryone in the vehicle must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth r
 egardless of whether they are getting a flu vaccine.\n 	No one should get 
 out of the vehicle or congregate in the area.\n 	We hope to get everyone t
 hrough the drive-thru event in a timely manner and appreciate your patienc
 e and understanding.\n 	We are striving to physically distance\, sanitize 
 and keep all safe.\n\nHere is what you need to bring:\n\nYou MUST complete
  the attached consent form ahead of time and bring it with you in order to
  get your flu vaccine\; you will not be able to complete the form at the e

 Anyone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 should delay a flu v
 accine and consult with their provider for guidance.\n 	Please review the 
 attached vaccine information sheet (CDC) and frequently asked questions fo
 r more information about the flu vaccine.\n\nThank you for doing your part
